- Present an effective 4 step method for meeting Job Relations situations
- Understand how problems arise and methods of identifying them at an early stage to enable corrective actions to be deployed.
- Recognise how people problems can be prevented.

Job Instruction - TWI-JI
Expected Outcome following the training
All participants will be able to prepare a Job Breakdown and effectively train others to perform a job. This skill in training will reduce training time; reduce scrap and rework, resulting in fewer accidents and increase job satisfaction. The use of JI helps to achieve standard work, stable processes and continuous improvement.
Course objective
- Stabilise and standardise work methods by training workers how to quickly remember how to perform tasks correctly, safely and conscientiously
- Present a method of delivering an effective and confident training session.
- Participants ‘learn by doing’ and practice their skills delivering training sessions in the classroom/workplace
Requirements for completion of course
- Demonstrate a 5 minute training session.
- 100% attendance
- Participation in group activities and discussions.
