Job instruction teaches the fundamentals of effective instruction using the trusted and reliable 4 step method. Jobs are analysed to determine important steps and key points which form the basis of the Job Breakdown, a training document used to record the fundamentals of the method and enable the effective instruction of the method to workers.

Job Method – JM

It is important that Job Methods is implemented where processes/methods are stable and standardized and therefore usually follows JR/JI in the implementation strategy.

Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma is an approach that enables performance improvements by eliminating waste and defects. It is a team focused approach and combines the tools and techniques traditionally assosicted with SIx Sigma and the Lean philosophy of tackling defects and waste, with a focus on creating value for the customer. 

This systematic approach to improvements follows a DMAIC methodology ensures the correct and timely use of all the tools and techniques required.

Lean Six Sigma Levels
